Tai Chi with Paul Dunn

A gentle form of exercise that will help maintain strength, flexibility and balance.  A ‘soft’ martial art that originated in China, Tai Chi is often described as moving meditation, but it could well be called moving medication.  If you are looking for exercise, meditation and mind/body balance, come along and give it a try.
