What is Transformational Breath®?

Transformational Breath® is a self-healing technique that helps us access the full potential
of our respiratory system and restore optimal breathing function for greater levels of
physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Unlike most other breathing techniques where the primary goal is relaxation,
Transformational Breath® works on a more therapeutic level and is geared towards healing and transformation.

The conscious connected breathing technique used during a session gives our autonomic
nervous (our mind-body control centre) the opportunity to release any structural tension or emotional blockages that are held in our body and re-calibrate to a state of balance and
regulation.

When this happens there will be a noticeable shift in your perceptions and how you
experience and interact with the world. You will feel lighter, more present in your body and be able to connect with others on a deeper level.

Transformational Breath® has played a major role in my own life and has helped me
overcome debilitating bouts of anxiety, panic attacks, fatigue and depression that I
experienced in my late 20’s.
