It may be manifesting as , a lack of confidence, generalised anxiety, worry, insomnia, unhelpful or ruminating thoughts, stress, phobias, panic attacks, poor eating or drinking habits, burnout, or lack of clarity? Or anxiety and depression associated with post-natal, menopause or manopause?

I use a combination of solution focused therapy with guided relaxation (hypnotherapy), with tools from CBT, NLP, coaching to help you move forward with your life. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a well-researched modality based in neuroscience that helps you feel back in control again. It's about looking for solutions rather than dwelling on the problem.

Each session is half talking therapy, half guided relaxation (hypnosis).

My aim is to help you build self-awareness, positive thinking and a better mindset & habits, and help reduce the symptoms of anxiety, overwhelm, depression and burnout. Week by week, I help you move forward towards your preferred future. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can be brief. For phobias you can be looking at as little as 4 sessions and for anxiety and depression around 8 - 12 weeks, sometimes more.

Initial consultation (50 mins): £65

Subsequent sessions (55 mins): £80

Package of 6 sessions £450

Relaxation only (30 mins): £50

Life Coaching fees on application, this depends on the aims of the coaching and packages are bespoke. I specialise in 'Burnout to Brilliance' and Self Discovery.
