Who is Beth?

Conceived in Byron Bay 30 years ago, this award-winning method intelligently combines two groundbreaking practices; Yoga and Pilates.

My students will tell you; I am passionate about helping people improve their strength, posture, breathing, fitness, mobility and overall health and confidence. I believe that no matter what your age or fitness level, everyone can feel the benefits of regular practice.

Together we can feel great in body, mind and spirit, staying active, motivated, and connected to our community throughout the winter months.

  • “I really love Beth’s classes; my back ache is a distant memory and I’m a little bit taller than I was before I joined. I can’t say I find yoga easy, but Beth’s explanation of each pose and transition is very clear, informative and never rushed. I learn something new every week and I love it!”

    Abigail Emery

  • “As an over 60’s novice I was initially sceptical... I was wrong. Beth’s patience and knowledge have helped me gain more flexibility, aligned my balance and eased joint pain. Above all, her sessions are so enjoyable and rewarding and I always leave walking on air feeling 10 years younger!”

    Jane James, West London

  • “I’ve been attending Beth’s classes for quite some time and can say in all honesty, they have been truly life-changing! I adore her super-zen yet fun presence and how she can make every class truly unique and feel individually tailored to you. Beth’s lessons have not only made me stronger and healthier, but also equipped me with a sensory awareness of my body and how to make the most out of any workout, on or off the mat.”

    Su, 30, London

  • “I always look forward to Beth’s classes. They are an excellent complement to the hours I spend cycling and walking. My core stability and arm strength have definitely improved!”
